we stayed there for 5 nights was very comfortable room and service was really good. room had everything we needed except oven which was fine, heating was excellent. yes it may need a touch up but a comfortable bed and very tidy was all we required. It is close to shops maybe a 10 minute walk on a nice day, or across the road to the beach.
Cafes and shops are really friendly and good
We found the staff and the motel rooms excellent for our three say staying it was well situated for visiting all local areas .min all a very enjoyable stay. We would certainly stay here again in any future trips to Wellington. The staff were most helpful in suggesting other accomodation venues further north for our trip.

Only 5 minutes walk to the restaurants, cafe and shopping street, plus very close to the supermarkets. Helpful, friendly hosts. Would highly recommend. Excellent value for money.
- markileeStayed here just one night. Room was comfortable, clean and tidy. The staff / owner was most accommodating for our late arrival and helpful to answer our queries. Road outside was a little noisy in the morning and the walls did allow some noise to be transmitted between rooms. That said, overall the accommodation was up to a very good standard and recommended.
- david LHave stayed here on several occasions both with work and for leisure, great hosts, comfortable rooms, close to Petone shopping, on the Petone foreshore with a great view over Wellington harbour and into the city.
- Neil RWe arrived on a cold and wet day and were welcomed with a smile. We got the last room available and it has all modern comfort including heaters in both rooms. Well equiped with kitchen, microwave and fridge. A small bottle of fresh milk, plenty towels and a modern bathroom. Very clean, quiet and a comfortable bed. It might be a bit dated but we found it very comfortable and provided us with a pleasant stay.
